We want every customer to feel confident using VantaX products.

If your product develops a quality or manufacturing issue during normal use, please contact us. VantaX will help assess the issue and provide a repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

1. Warranty Periods

2. What the Warranty Covers

When the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with its operating and storage instructions, warranty coverage includes:

· Defects in manufacturing, materials, or assembly;

· Electronic or mechanical failures not caused by user actions;

· Functional issues that arise during normal use.

If you are unsure whether an issue is covered, please contact us. We will help assess it.

3. How to Request Warranty Service

If a problem occurs, please contact VantaX first by email, phone, WhatsApp, or another official contact channel.

To help us assess the issue, please provide the product model, serial number, order details, a description of the problem, and any relevant photos or videos.

If the product needs to be returned for inspection or repair, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send the product back without contacting us first, as this may lead to unnecessary shipping or customs clearance issues.

4. Repairs, Replacements, and Shipping

For issues confirmed to be covered under warranty, VantaX will cover reasonable shipping costs both to and from our service location.

We will seek to repair the product first. If it cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of the same model. If the original model has been discontinued or is unavailable, we will discuss an alternative with you that offers comparable functionality and specifications.

If the warranty has expired or the damage was caused by the user, VantaX will still provide repair support where possible. Any applicable parts, labor, and shipping charges will be confirmed with you in advance.

We may waive the cost of certain low-cost parts on a case-by-case basis. For higher-value core components, such as image intensifier tubes, thermal imaging detectors, and lenses, we will provide a quote based on the actual cost of repair or replacement.

5. What Is Not Covered by Free Warranty Service

The following are generally excluded from free warranty service:

· Improper use, misuse, or use beyond the product’s intended operating limits;

· Damage caused by drops, impacts, crushing, operating errors, or other user actions;

· Damage to core components, such as image intensifier tubes or thermal imaging detectors, caused by improper operation;

· Disassembly, repairs, or modifications carried out without authorization from VantaX;

· Damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s operating or storage instructions;

· Damage caused by fire, lightning, flooding, natural disasters, or other external events;

· Products with serial numbers that have been altered, are missing, or cannot be verified;

· Second-hand products for which valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.

For more complex cases, we will assess the issue based on inspection findings and explain our decision and the available service options.

6. Issues on Arrival and Additional Information

If your product arrives with shipping damage, missing components, a failure to power on, or an obvious functional issue, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos or videos. We will prioritize these cases.

Repair or replacement does not automatically restart the warranty period. Unless VantaX confirms otherwise in writing, the repaired or replacement product remains covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

If you experience any issue with your product, please contact VantaX, even if you are unsure whether it is covered under warranty.

Our commitment extends beyond the product itself. We aim to provide clear, dependable after-sales support for the long term.
